I became vegetarian in 1996, and I'm eager to share 16 years of cooking, with lots of trial & error along the way, as well as shopping and meal-planning with you. Through my classes, you'll feel like a pro in no time! I inherited my love of cooking from my mother, and few things bring me more joy than making delicious vegan versions of childhood favorites. My background includes multiple terms volunteering on the board of directors for the Vegetarian Society of DC and acting as a contributing freelance writer for Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
