What qualifies me to lead VeryVegelicious?

My Greek mother taught me that the secret to good cooking centers on the use of herbs, spices, and flavorings. Over the past 20 years, I’ve perfected the art of “veganizing” traditional animal-based meals I enjoyed as a child and teenager, such as lasagna, chicken pot pie, and stews. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the look on a client’s face when she samples the first veggie meal she’s ever cooked and exclaims: “I had no idea vegan food could be so delicious!”
