What qualifies me to lead such a vegelicious company?

My Greek mother taught me that the secret to good cooking centers on the use of herbs, spices, and flavorings. I love to experiment with “veganizing” traditional animal-based meals from my youth, such as lasagna and stews. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the look on a client’s face when she samples the first veggie meal she’s ever cooked and exclaims: “I had no idea vegan food could be so delicious!”

My background includes multiple terms volunteering on the board of directors for The Vegetarian Society of DC and acting as a contributing freelance writer for Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
